A passionate drawing and painting teacher, Ms. Julia worked in many art studios in Asia, Rowland hts (California), and Irvine (California). She was inspired by an Italian educator, Reggio Emilio, to create a new way of art learning for students. Graduated from Ontario College of Art & Design in Toronto, Canada, and masters (MA) in Teaching from Taiwan, Ms. Julia developed a unique learning method that incorporates "play" with art lessons. The act of play allows students to explore new possibilities with endless freedom in their creativity and individuality. This is the philosophy of Rainbow Art-- studio that promotes individuality.
